Liked: Looked nice, but they didn’t honour the booking and turned us away… booking.com or the hotel need to sort out their internal processes it seems.

The hotel is a great...

Liked: Location was great. Mid strip very convenient
Disliked: The oppressive smell in the lobby. Too much “scent”. I know many hotels have a scent but it was so strong you could smell it 50ft from the doorsAlso I paid for an upgrade for a “wellness” room which was repeatedly offered to me prior to checking in. When we arrived, they didn’t have one available.

This was my second visit...

Liked: The property is well positioned between other properties that connect with each other, and there is also the tram!
