Liked: This is a clean, well managed property next to ASU. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed here for a night prior to a flight out of Sky Harbour Airport. It was an easy drive to the airport the next morning.

Nice price but noisy motel

Disliked: Noisy, no isolation with the outside.

Liked: The staff was great and the location good. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It was very noisy. Lots of street noise-planes, streetcars and early morning construction across the street.

Beautiful little Inn with a...

Liked: I loved that the location was downtown and within walking distance of everything. The staff was very helpful and even made recommendations that were spot on. The rooms were a little tight but made up with cleanliness and convienence.
Disliked: Nothing!
