Tired and worn out hotel. In need of an update. People at the front desk were unfriendly and unknowledgeable. Valet guy was great at check in. Not so much at check out. Great location in the heart of the city.

Liked: Location and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Tired and worn out. In need of an update and some towel bars in bathroom area!

Liked: Close enough to harbour to board cruise ship
Disliked: They charged me $76.50Cdn after I left. Don’t know what that is for

Very poor

Disliked: parking charges. Took 3 times to get into our room. Key wouldnt work, finally had to get another room. Elevator so slow, probably took an hour. Missed dinner reservations.
