Liked: It was absolutely gorgeous, every single person we encountered went above and beyond in customer service. The hotel itself was right on the river and extremely accessible.
Disliked: There isn’t a single complain about our stay.

Great hotel that could do...

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent. The bed was fabulously comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet paper was awful - really cheap and thin. Also they only had a Nespresso machine for hot water so making a decent cup of tea was impossible as the water wasn't warm enough - a kettle would have been appreciated. There was lots of wardrobe space but not many hangers and hardly any drawer space to store clothes.

Liked: My room was #906. Partial lake view. Housekeeping services are exceptional.
Disliked: Your rates are fairly high compared to other like hotels.
