Pros: Staff was courteous, professional, and anxious to anticipate my needs. Ambience added to the experience. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. Five course chef selection on the menu in the restaurant was to die for.
Cons: Drapes did not fully cover the windows making it very bright in the room at night. There was no mirror except in the bathroom. I had a special occasion in the restaurant and asked for a couple of things that were agreed to but not done. They did comp the appetizers we ordered which was very nice.
