Exceptional - 4.8 out of 5

Liked: Staff very friendly, nice architecture and never came across the ghost.
Disliked: Wasn't overly keen on having to deal with loud NFL fans in the bar when travelling to relax.

Steven Fri, 18 November 2016

Liked: Other than dinner, the rest of the stay was great.
Disliked: We had dinner in the dining room. The room temperature was uncomfortably cold. Everyone around us was complaining, but apparently nothing could be done. The waiter even wrapped my wife a clean table cloth to keep her warm, and she was already wearing a sweater. Completely ruined the dinner. We will not go back.

Liked: The Service and the breakfast
Disliked: The price for night $550 per night is not justified for the room I got

Disliked: Tiny room, no window, lack of electrical outlets. Had to move the coffee maker to the top of fridge to plug it in which left only the outlet in the bedside lamp. Could have used the outlet in the bathroom but would have had to put the computer in the sink.

Wonderful - 4.6 out of 5

Brittney Thu, 27 October 2016

Liked: The room I booked was not available, so we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost
Disliked: After an evening out one of the staff followed us to our room and asked if we were guests, like we weren't good enough to stay in their hotel. That was quite upsetting.

Liked: Comfy bed, good WiFi.
Disliked: Carrying suitcases up/down a (short) flight of stairs to access lifts and rooms from the lobby.

Fair - 2.5 out of 5

Nick Tue, 25 October 2016

Liked: The bar, restaurants and cafe staff were extremely welcoming, attentive and friendly.
Disliked: Ok it was GP weekend, so you expect it to be expensive...... but at over $800/night this was one of the smallest 'luxury' rooms we've ever stayed in. Little drawer space, little hanging space, the sort of room that's ok if you're there overnight in business and you only occupy it for about 30 minutes longer than you sleep. For the money, I expected to be helped with my luggage on arrival, but the reception staff just chatted as we lugged 6 cases (it's the middle of a 3 week trip) out of the taxi and across the long foyer. We will definitely NOT be returning.

Disliked: Bathroom very small no place for toiletries. Valet car pick up very slow- after 1/2 hr wait mgr told us gate broken- he did comp us for the valet charge due to the inconvenience- which was nice of him.
