Liked: Staff was helpful and were able to assist us with extra blankets and pillows
Disliked: Beds were only given sheet and duvet. I needed to ask for a blanket and that was needed.

Liked: Had a room available in Hanover PA. I had to stay overnight unexpectedly. The other hotels were booked.
Disliked: The room smelled horrible. The furniture old and dated. The curtains had stains. I got a cup of coffee in the morning and it leaked through the cup. Far from a great experience.
