Liked: Great location; staff was friendly. Very good breakfast. We had a suite with a kitchen, and it had everything we needed- everything in the kitchen was clean and new.

Liked: Rooms were very comfortable. We loved the full kitchen. It was very buay for breakfast and the staff did an excellent job keeping everything stocked with a smile on their faces.

Disliked: The general manager Tamara canceled out reservations the very same day because my it was my daughters 10th birthday! Very rude and unprofessional she also called the police on us when we asked her for her mangers information. Horrible service

Liked: The ease of Check in, the cleanliness and size of the rooom.
Disliked: The furnace was pretty loud and not enough seating to eat breakfast. We met a few employees in the hall and elevators this morning(03/10/2024) and they looked very unfriendly. No smiles just looked like they didn't want to be there.
