Wish to have stayed longer

Liked: Bkfst was good , little selection but good- room amazing- parking amazing- snacks available-staff very good
Disliked: Had to leave day early due to very bad sprained ankel with boot- 11hr car trip to Ftla and request a day refund -hotel made recommendation to booking but hotel hasn’t heard from booking to make exception for day refund -I’m 76 yrs old -attended daughter college graduation-a valued booking customer asking for exception

Delightful personnel and fit just...

Liked: All the staff from the manager to housekeeping, front desk, kitchen are performing their jobs at the highest level possible. You should be thankful that you have such a great staff. Keep them happy because they deserve it. The only thing that could use some improvement is the beds are a little uncomfortable. I think we were just in a room that us rented a lot. Staff offered to move us. But we chose to stay in the room it was so convenient to us. If I could give you all 110 percent rating I would.
Disliked: Beds could be a tad more comfy. Would be nice if you had a room available with a recliner. Some people can’t sleep laying flat.

Emotional but your staff made...

Liked: Staff was excellent. We live 3 hours away and received a call that our daughter was in a horrible accident wherein someone ran a stop sign and hit her. Her car rolled 3 times. We had nothing with us to stay overnight and the staff assisted with what they had available.
Disliked: Bathroom door (sliding) was jamming.

Overall great service would definitely...
