Hotel was convenient but won't stay there again or refer anyone.

Disliked: I was told I needed to give a credit card, that they would place a hold of $100, in case there was damage to the room. They processed the charge and said I will get a refund in 5 to 7 days. That is not right!

It sucked. The hotel recommendations, process, area - all bad. I am sure this will not be posted!

Disliked: Breakfast was lackluster luster and no bacon served at all.. and they charged me 15 extra dollars when they did my hold for my room that they didn’t give back it was supposed to be a deposit and we left the room how we found it even cleaner cuz we wiped it down ourselves
