Great hotel and comfy bed.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Just the elevator doesn't work without a room key which they didn't tell us.

Disliked: Room needed to be renovated.

Be prepared for the $45.00 parking fee. It was crazy checking in and took about 20 minutes to get our vehicle on check out. Came to clean our room at 9am when check out isn't to 12pm.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing. And staff has helpful.
Disliked: One of the beds in the room had a little bump in the middle, it was a little uncomfortable.

Liked: My family enjoyed all aspects of the hotel including the pool,location,on-site coffee shop.
Disliked: Definitely our location of our room was the worst part of the trip. Since our room was right beside the elevator we heard people laughing and talking really loud all the way up to 2am.My kids didn't sleep at all and my wife and I were about to open up the door to tell the people to shut the f*ck up. The hotel should definitely tell people on booking that certain hotel rooms are beside the elevator and insulate those rooms differently than the others..and provide ear plugs! Any room that is beside elevators should also be cheaper than the rest.

Disliked: One of the restaurant worker is non-polite in serving and communicating. I think he is a new staff!
