Liked: It was well situated for visiting with friends from the area. Very welcoming for our little dog .
Disliked: We hadn’t expected Fifties deco, SMALL bathroom but only 2 people, put our toiletries on the kitchen table

Liked: Close to bar and shops. Weather was very poor when we arrived and so we cut our break short so could not appreciate Wildwood at its' best.
Disliked: Would have asked for ground floor rooms; as had to go up flight of stairs with very heavy luggage. Overall the motel could do with a lick of paint.

Will definitely book again over...

Liked: I liked how the staff was friendly and accommodating to our arrival at 8pm. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on.
Disliked: The air conditioner didn’t really cool the room down the way we liked BUT it was cold enough so that we were comfortable

Liked: Finally, A Hotel Owner Who Provides Standard Services and Amenities, Not "Covid 2019" Excuses! I enjoyed my stay here, because I got a fair deal here. I had gotten accustomed to hotel owners grumbling that they "cannot" give me my money's worth, since we have/have had, ongoing, "Covid '19". Well, the two staff members who warmly smiled and welcomed me at THIS hotel, said nothing about Covid, as they checked me in at my earlier 3:30 p.m. instead of 4 p.m.! I sniffed clean fragrances, and the place looked clean, too, to my pleasant surprise! My family and I have endured scummy, hotel furniture, since most places just stopped cleaning anything in recent years, while lying about their "higher" disinfectant standards during this never-ending, Covid virus! I actually saw a maid and a janitor at this Sandbox location, and on my bed was a cute "swan," made from some of the many, clean, white towels and wash cloths in my room! I also was shocked to see newer T.V.s and showers than what my family and I had when we stayed here about 6 years ago! See, this owner has actually kept paying for upgrades/improvements during Covid, instead of just letting this place become a dump, as have the Homewood Suites and other fancier hotels I have booked in recent, Covid '19 years! What else did I like? No cobwebs. No creepy crawlies. No run-down facilities, and no, grumpy, ungrateful staff!Thank you, Sandbox, for keeping up your hotel, instead of grumbling, about Covid '19 (smile).
Disliked: Everything worked properly in my room (for a great change)! So, I have no complaints!

Disliked: People in the room next door with TV on till 3:30am and gape between my connecting door and theirs and cigarette smoke smell on balcony
