Liked: Very nice room and very clean , helpful concierge, taxi to take us to airport was great deal and was easy, breakfast was great. Had a great stay!
Disliked: We had one chair and there were two of us in the room so a second chair would have been nice

Not worthy the price

Liked: Rooms are quiet.
Disliked: The staff at the reception did not even know that taxes are included in the price paid via booking.com and had therefore to stay at the phone with Booking.com customer service for approx. 20 minutes at check in including them talking to hotel staff to avoid double charge. Additionally, you get a 25 USD market coupon but you can’t spend it throughout the whole stay, just until midnight of day 1. Breakfast is sub par and breakfast area is tight with few seats available, you end up having breakfast on a check in area couch sometimes. Staff is not the kindest and rooms are dark.

Enjoyable stay in downtown nyc

Liked: Excellent breakfast; friendly and helpful staff; excellent location for Statue of Liberty visit.
Disliked: Was slightly tricky to locate as it’s on maiden lane just off broadway.

Liked: We enjoyed the space of the room, free breakfast, and the amenities. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The location is also great and accessible to public transit.
