Great! Awesome! Fabulous!

Liked: Our stay was absolutely awsome! Kris Asi made sure that I had a fabulous birthday. The valet guys helped us watch for our carriage ride and the limousine was an extra touch to our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, but the staff was just the best. My husband can't stop talking about how great everyone was. He said that he is going to tell everyone that the Renassance is THE place to stay in OKC. Thanks again for such great hospitality!

Horrible stay for the family.

Liked: We liked the location of the hotel. The center opening of the hotel was nice but very warm. It looks like it was an old Embassy suites converted.
Disliked: The first night the AC was not cooling off even though it said it was 60 in the room it was really humid and uncomfortable. We moved it down to this level when we checked in. We left the room to go explore and when we were coming home to go to bed this is when we was wondering what was wrong the maintenance guy came and said someone had turned off the chilled water to the unit. I was really humid in the room even being wet on the floor. The morning we realized the window was cracked open an inch or so. We never opened up the curtains before then. They had a buffet but it was 24 dollars a person, 18 for kids. No one was in there because of the prices. This should be included for the price we paid. Will not be back to this hotel. Valet was 34 a night. At times there as no one out to take a ticket. They told me they would send a text but I never got one. When I went to tell the valet they did text but I could not click on a link that would work.

Liked: Excellent food, and our server was spot on. My granddaughter and I had the most excellent time! Pool and hot tub were splendid. Beds were dreamy. All staff was personable and friendly. We will definitely be going back.

Liked: The location is very convenient. The hotel is spectacular. The lobby is really beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty (omelettes were delicious). The room and bath are big, comfortable, nice. I liked the place very much. The man at the breakfast was delightful. Other employees like the man at the front desk were helpful. I also liked the city a lot.
Disliked: The Afroamerican woman when I arrived late at night (around 2 a.m.) was confusing, unable to explain and solve: showed ignorance and a lousy attitude; really bad service. My check in was disastrous, but after that things turned around. I had some trouble with the Internet.
