Disliked: Bathroom needs some attention. . People loitering in parking lot at night (not guesrs)

Average stay. Expected better.

Liked: I liked how the room was set up with the sofa bed in its own alcove. It gave privacy to the guest sleeping on the sofa bed.
Disliked: Customer service was average. The facilities are quite dated. Phone didn't work. Staff weren't particularly helpful. Dining options were extremely limited.

Disliked: Waiting 20 minutes for a worker to get back to the front desk so I could check in. There was still some garbage in the room after checking in.

Disliked: When you enter the room, feels like you are entering an astray. the bathroom is the worse. the vents are so full of dust that I was scared to turn on the heather...it's truly disgusting! there are mold everywhere, the bathroom was so full of mold that I the baseboard are falling...stay away! I didn't expect a 5 star hotel, but at least clean....

hope for a better stay...

Superb

Liked: The hotel is on top of a hill. So we had a pretty fantastic view from our room. Pretty clean. Staff were absolutely lovely. We didn't eat at the hotel but there is a restaurant that would be convenient if you didn't want to leave the premises. It was a good stay for one night as we were only passing through.
