Won’t stay here again

Disliked: The room was not cleaned very well. Pubic hair all over the toilet and floor!! Gross! Wadded up tissue under sink, trash on floor by the end table. Bathtub wouldn’t drain.

Don’t stay here unless you...

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There were no black out curtains and the room was totally lit up by the street lights all night. There were crumbs all over the floor in the room.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good and offered a variety of choices.
Disliked: The pool area is in need of repairs. The pool floor is chipping away as is the hot tub.

Disliked: The only thing that was not good was the WiFi would not work... Otherwise the stay was awesome

Liked: The only thing I can say that I liked would be the convenient location.
Disliked: The Hotel is run down & filthy. The elevator felt unsafe, so we used the stairs. We were told at check I'm that cable was out, so none of the tvs worked. Our room was not clean, food debris on the floor, toilet paper stuck in the peephole, lotion smeared over the TV light for the remote, truly disgusting.
