Reasonable price. No charge for parking or internet. Very comfortable, clean, spacious room. Great shower. Free fridge and microwave. Friendly staff. Always love visiting Phoenix and Scottsdale (from Las Vegas).

Disliked: Would like to see Pay-per-view movies available.

Liked: Right location and very friendly staff with a great breakfast!
Disliked: I booked two rooms, but only needed one after the first night. My grandson and son stayed at the Phoenix Childrens Hospital. Because I had prepaid I could not cancel the room

It is just okay not...

Liked: The place is center for all other places, that’s the only thing I like.
Disliked: It was pricey, no microwave, no freeze in the room.

Liked: I loved the friendly staff, the breakfast and the location.
Disliked: Arrived late from Texas with my mother. Unpacked and AC stopped working, so we had to switch rooms at like 2:30 am. AC worked poorly and was loud throughout our visit. Last night the AC stopped working in the room. Had to suffer through it till 6Am
