Terrible at any star level.
Pros:
Nothing
Cons:
The waffle iron was broke, the pillows were hard as bricks and the TV was off due to nonpayment of bill.

Pros:
Breakfast.
Cons:
The TV did not work and I could never get the hot water to work. We called about the TV no one came.
