Reasonable stay close to KState...

Liked: It is close to the campus. The rates are always more reasonable than the other hotels. It is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: My husband said the tv could be bigger. :)

Great hotel with reasonable pricing

Liked: Good location, clean, comfortable beds.
Disliked: Ice machine broken on our floor (3rd) and 1st floor. Key cards sometimes took several attempts to work.

I’d stay there again

Liked: Young lady that checked me in was very friendly.. room was clean .. location was good
Disliked: Ice machines were not working

Once great value in Manhattan...

Liked: Good location and clean facilities. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Beds were either very firm or completely worn out. Towels are very poor quality. Front desk was sullen and unhelpful.
