Omni Las Colinas Hotel

Loved it; affordable; valet service; people to help with your bags and hold doors open for you and the hotel itself is amazing! The view from my room, to the bar, and restaurant. They even have rentals to take out on the water if you're looking to do something with the family. I will be back!

I could have spent less money and been better satisfied. With this being what I thought, an upscale hotel, we could hear noises from the room beside us. I was disappointed that I made a reservation for a king size bed and was told they only had queen beds, when I arrived - isn't that part of why you make a reservation?

Liked: The hotel had a nice lobby and nice style. The valet service was excellent.
Disliked: Reserved a king and they gave us two queen size beds - very disappointing

Loud rooms near elevators.

Liked: Nice pool and great location for our trip
Disliked: They gave us a room next to the elevator and it was loud. Kept waking us up the first night. When I complained about noise, they said, was it the elevator. So they knew that room was bad and it ruined our first night. After moving rooms, the place was fine.

Liked: Room and view are great. Bar atmosphere is awesome.
Disliked: you have to pay for wifi, parking, and any other amenity you want to use.

We had a beautiful stay...

Liked: We liked the juxtaposition of the property on the canal and the closeness to the Toyota pavilion. We loved the hotel bar in the middle of the lobby. The gift shop/deli was also well stocked and fun to look around.
Disliked: Lack of signage on the main road, lack of signage and direction at the entrance. Had to get our own valet cart and manipulate it around a very narrow and twisting ramp. The valet was swamped but also we didn’t know what our options were due to lack of information out front.
