Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: No wifi, dirty rooms

Disappointing

Liked: The location and views were very good.
Disliked: The elevator didn't work, there was no wifi or TV service. Blamed it on weather but there were no outages in the area.

Wouldn’t stay there again if...

Liked: Great location, that’s about it.
Disliked: The TV’s didn’t work ( not even in other rooms. Had other guest asking us if our tv worked ) & staff didn’t seem to care at all , no WIFI, the kitchen sink leaked badly we had to use the bathroom sink for anything, the toilet didn’t flush all the time. Stained curtains ( disgustingly stained ) stained sheets, just overall not that clean. Beds were stiffer than a sheet of plywood. My friend slept on the floor cause it was a better option.

Disliked: I didn’t get the room I booked. The water in tub drained very slow and the faucet on the sink was hard to turn off .

Disliked: We paid for a room with kitchen, it was still a mini fridge and 2 burner stove top, cable kept going out so no TV with a terrible storm coming , wind blowing the awning so hard it shook the building and so loud it was not comfortable because building sounded like it was going to crumble

Liked: Location was good but parking spaces were tight to close to other vehicles
Disliked: One of the beds the mattress was worn out very uncomfortable. Some of the towels had stains on them, the main door to the room had a Big gap at the bottom of it and the bathroom vent didnt work.

Liked: Close to convention center where we had meetings to attend. Great view of the ocean from the balcony.
Disliked: 2 bedroom suite was not set up for 4 people. We had 3 bath towels, 2 washcloths and no hand towels. Table with 3 chairs. Floors were very dirty.
