Our guests lap up the luxe bedding, flat-panel TVs and prime location near Chicago's famous Magnificent Mile at the non-smoking Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel. Originally opened in 1927 as the Davis Hotel, this Chicago landmark has 306 rooms on 14 floors. Rooms have 40-inch, flat-panel TVs and luxuriously soft beds with pillowtop mattresses, 400-thread-count Frette linens, down comforters and fluffy pillows. The granite countertops and rainfall showerheads provide more luxe touches. You can connect with in-room Wi-Fi, available for a fee. The on-site American bistro serves breakfast and lunch, and there's also a martini bar. A fitness center and business center, both open 24 hours a day, help guests stay on track. Located at the north end of Magnificent Mile, the Millennium Knickerbocker is a stone's throw from the Mile's high-end boutiques. The CTA's Chicago Red Line is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Walk four minutes south to the open-air skywalk at the John Hancock Observatory or stroll a few minutes southeast to Navy Pier. The Knickerbocker is a 27-minute drive southeast of O'Hare International Airport and 21 minutes northeast of Midway International Airport. Our guests enthuse about the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel's "beautifully appointed rooms with luxurious bathrooms," "accommodating and professional staff" and "wonderful" location near the Magnificent Mile.

it's considered a historic hotel but they don't really do much to promote its historical background. still very pretty though.

Pros: the location was awesome! very close to all the great tourist spots.
Cons: shower was a lil leaky, cigarette burns on the carpet by the window, not great food selection-not worth the prices.

Extremely over priced considering the room, the extra charges for everyone (10.95) to use their internet. Who does that anymore? Very few TV channels. They survive on their name. Not someplace I would stay again.

Pros: The bathroom was large and modern. Had a nice shower.
Cons: The size of the room. Extremely small. Overpriced parking. No lobby area to sit and enjoy especially since room was so small. Very few seating spaces that were occupied by people eating food.
