Pros: It has free internet only on the lobby
Cons: To noisy called front desk and the sent 3 times. The problems are the front doors they have to much space between the floor and the door.

Pros: Close to everthing we planned on seeing.
Cons: Check in and check out. Staff could have been more helpful. Trying to verify the rooms we had reserved.

Pleasant | 3 out of 5

Pros: Room was very well appointed.
Cons: I was placed in a room directly next to a room where the hotel was apparently doing extensive remodeling (knocking out walls with sledge hammers). Dealt with this on both Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.

Very Good | 4 out of 5

Pros: They were able to accommodate my request that was lost. I wanted a bath tub and in my original reservation they obliged but upon checking in they said my room didn't have a bath tub. That was resolved quickly.
Cons: The sheets and blankets had WAY too much starch. I felt like I was covering my self with cardboard. The bed had several layers and each layer was super stiff. The blankets were so incredibly stiff that I woke up several times during the night.

Cons: The rigidity of late check out. Noon is their definition of late check out.

Very Good | 4 out of 5

Pros: It was a beautiful building not far from Michigan Ave. Lots to do close by which turned out to be a good thing since the weather was awful.
Cons: The front desk clerk wasn't very friendly and in fact was quite rude. Edward was his name. He even lied and said to upgrade our room would be $10/night but tried to get me to sign a form agreeing to $30/night!
