Liked: The automatic coffee machine, the Continental breakfast, and the proximity to the Smokey Mountains.
Disliked: The hotel staff at the front desk were unfriendly except for the manager on duty who we saw on the last day and she was to speak to the individuals referred to. The bathtub did not hold water.

Liked: The suite was nicely laid out. Breakfast was on time and stocked well. Very helpful staff.
Disliked: The bed was hard and the pillows were small and hard.

Disliked: It says it all in the name "Microtel" meaning micro amounts of money were spent on the rooms which all need to be redone; the breakfast was a joke and staff unfriendly except for the check in lady the first night.

Disliked: Had what looked like a roach climb out from behind the mirror in the bathroom. Shower and the toilet paper holder was coming out from the wall.
