Disliked: The didn’t do our beds, tv was left on, trash can was gone, no toilet paper, smelled like urine and the door was left open when we returned from our outing. Worried my stuff was missing and was told by another staff member the staff who cleaned our room was the cleaning manager who had her little son with her working. So made me think the son used our restroom and urinated in the floor. The staff who informed me came in our room and said it did smell like urine. Really bad experience here

Pleased with the room size...

Liked: Breakfast was nice, when it was available. Two of the mornings there was not hot breakfast, because the breakfast girl never showed up, so the front desk clerk was trying to prepare bfast, which took away from their front desk duties. Location was fine.Room size was very nice.
Disliked: The lack staff helping out in the mornings. one breakfast attendant and only one front desk clerk,The transient living in their car, right outside my window in the rear parking lot.Three of my six nights, my room key didn't work, so I had to go down to the front desk to get new keys made.Twice my room door was left open. I reported it, but nothing was done about it. The door was very hard to close (had to be forced closed). Twice house keeping did not secure the door properly and when I returned later in the evening, my door was ajar.Three of the days, house keeping never cleaned my room, even after notifying housekeeping personal and the front desk clerk. Once, only two bath towels were placed on my bathroom counter and nothing else. Bed wasnt made and trash wasn't emptied.

Disliked: Overall I thought the place was dirty and not very well kept. Free breakfast was minimal at best. Won't be staying at LA Quinta anytime soon.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Everything. Everything was dirty. Keys didn’t work the second night. Elevator was even dirty, made banging noises and it’s inspection certificate was a few days away. An old cup of noodle inside our microwave that smelled so bad .Towels with holes and so old and worn.Room had a funky smell to it. Probably the worst breakfast I’ve had. Overall terrible.
