Liked: Breakfast was just a granola bars and banana and coffee..it was just okay
Disliked: The room was super small but it was only one night so it was fine

Liked: Coffee wasn’t great, location was good .
Disliked: Small room, bed was too big for the small room, we bruised our knee as we hit the edge of the bed. Good location, small room for the price. Nice , courteous staff.Rooftop is good for cocktail.

Great staff, good intentions, but...

Liked: The staff, morning coffee, and the ocean view roof top bar were all great. The hotel is quite old, but the public areas were relatively presentable.
Disliked: Our room was clean, but very small, uncomfortable, and tired. The windows are in very bad shape. The bathroom was clean, but again pretty tired. Air conditioning is from a loud portable unit. The smoke detector in our room inexplicably went off at 3AM, but only for a few seconds and then all quiet. I think it happened when the air unit cycled on.

Disliked: My anniversary wine I was told I was going to get....yeah, nothing.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked the location, the proximity to the beach and the rooftop bar. Very nice accommodating staff.
Disliked: The walls are very thin, I was on the ground level near the exit and could hear the door opening and closing all night. Also the people above me were walking around and rolling suitcases. I did not feel at ease with the noise levels and activity happening during the night. Also, the bed was not that comfortable.

Great place to stay and...

Liked: Clean room, friendly staff, close to the beach. Easy walk to breakfast.
