The staying is great!

Liked: It is a great place to stay, close to subway, many great restaurants, cafe, staff are friendly, kindness and helpful. The room is big, and clean. Really good price
Disliked: Phone Customer service was not helpful and kind of rude. I wanted a bassinet in our room so I called them before 2 weeks of our staying and I had a minor problem with the reservation, they couldn’t find my reservation and being unhelpful when we asked if we could have a bassinet.

Great lobby staff & location....

Liked: I liked the location and the front desk/ lobby staff.
Disliked: My sink fixture leaked and housekeeping was inconsistent. The regular coffee was not replaced until I left a note.

Exceptional

DuPont circle was nice.

Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The extra $30 in food/beverage credit that was listed on our booking.com reservation was not honored by the hotel. The lighting at the bathroom sink was quite dim.

Liked: The room has very bad heating system. The room they changed for us was worse than the first one. Even the bathroom flush wasn’t working . It was one of my worst hotel experiences.
Disliked: The location. The staff.

Superb

Liked: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great location, very comfortable room, restaurant on site, room delivery service from restaurant.
Disliked: There was an issue with the hot water one day, but it was fixed in a day, and guests were compensated for the inconvenience.
