Liked: Well now, it was close to the Merrill Auditorium.
Disliked: We were next to a room that had a big dog barking, howling and scratching on the door at 3 am. Then two men yelling and knocking on our door - WOW! I can't believe we weren't reimbursed for the stay at Hyatt Place.

Disliked: Nothing really but would think that if we were staying at hotel car parking should have been free.

Liked: We stayed 2 nights. My kids loved the pool! We all enjoyed the breakfast and location! The staff was kind and helpful.

Liked: Hotel located on Fore St. Close to shops and waterfront. Hotel in need of upgrades.
Disliked: The carpet was ripped up in the hotel room, the toilet hand leaked water when flushed. There was black mold in the shower all along the grout. We were told there was a restaurant attached. Restaurant has been closed for a while except for Happy Hour .. drinks only. The concierge didn't even know that the restaurant was closed and told us we could order from the bar. It was then recommended Door Dash. The pool was very small, loud and crowded with minimal seating.

Disliked: PARKING WAS HORRIBLE AND WAY OVER PRICED SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN HOTEL COST ESPECIALLY FOR A HIGH END HOTEL
