Besides the air conditioner rattling when turned on, everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Our room was beautiful, tidy, and best of all - the beds were super soft. We had one noise complaint but the staff promptly addressed the issue and it was quiet the rest of the night. The hotel is in a nice area. I loved it, would recommend and definitely stay again!

Liked: Friendly staff; beautiful, clean rooms; in a great area.
Disliked: Doors were kind of thin - could hear people when walking through the halls, but not a huge deal. The AC unit in my room rattled a bit.

Disliked: I booked a room with a pull out couch and then was told that booking through a third party meant the room type wasn’t guaranteed. There was no other rooms available so I was stuck.

Liked: The room was fantastic! Loved the lay out of the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful.
Disliked: Breakfast. I know it was grab-n-go but the muffins, fruit, and yogurt was not refilled while we were there. I was surprised there was no juice.

Liked: Location and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: Advertised as “everything you need for short term, weekly, or long term stays”, the room didn’t have the basics. No pillow, or blanket for the pull out sofa. Had to contact the front desk twice and waited an hour- wouldn’t be a big deal except we checked in at midnight. There was a kitchen area but there were no plates or utensils- cant eat the food that we brought without making a mess. There was no soap by the bathroom sink to wash hands. I slept on the bed and it was comfortable. It is in a good location to the hospital and highway. In short, just know what you are getting for what you are paying.

Disliked: The bed were horrible the pillows were like bricks. I was to stay 5 nights at 4am sky u haven't slept i canceled the test of my stay ang went across the street. I messaged them to tell them I want going to stay for my entire reservation. They argued with me about a refund. Do not waste your money. Horribly experience

Liked: I was charged $192.00 for an $84.00 room was told it would be credited to my account. IT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED!
Disliked: Adding extra fees after you reserved online.

It was excellent except for...

Liked: The refrigerator is great. The size of the room. The comfort of the bed
Disliked: No coffee maker? It was the only thing I didn't like and couldn't understand.

Liked: It was basic but sufficient for our needs.
Disliked: The smell of pot everywhere.

Liked: Nice location, clean, loved the kitchens in the room.
Disliked: Pool was closed for maintenance, Breakfast was, coffee, hot chocolate, boiled eggs, chocolate muffins, and oatmeal you had to make in a cup and eat with a fork...very sad.
