Liked: Staff very accommodating. Even brought granddaughter's shoes we had left in the old room.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms due to burst pipe under vanity sink.

The receptionist was very pleasant and even let us check in early because the event started at 3 pm. I would most definitely stay again. Very close to downtown.

Liked: The only thing I liked about this property was our room was clean.
Disliked: Where to begin. Let’s start with the grounds, they look nothing and I mean nothing like the pictures portrayed online and on booking app. If you’re going there because it looks nice and a little bit whimsical, I promise you you will be 100% disappointed. Our bed had broken springs, the light sconce next to the bed mounted to the wall was so rusty. Rust dripped down the wall. There patch worked holes in the wall that were never properly done. The walls are so thin that you could hear people whisper in the adjacent room. The shower curtain hung so low you had to duck under it to get into the shower that sprayed everywhere. I’m sure there’s enough for you to get the idea.

Liked: Nice, clean rooms. Free breakfast had lots of options to choose from. This location is only a 15-minute walk to the old city gates.

Liked: It was easy to get to and a great location to walk downtown.
Disliked: They could've had some pictures on the walls to prevent the echo sounds in the rooms plus add a little color so it didn't look so drab like a prison cell. The beds were quite noisy as well.
