Always a great stay!

Liked: Staff are always friendly. I love all the amenities in the room (fridge, cooking area, dining table etc.). The location is so close to the metro to get around. The parking cost is super reasonable as well. I love staying here when I come to Montreal. Also love the updated room I got. Super comfy!
Disliked: The area can be a bit intimidating at night but I have never had a problem

Liked: the proximity to everything and the location is great. It is a nice cozy place to stay. Breakfast is good but the same every day. The staff is nice. The bed was very confy. The kitchen is sufficiently well equiped.
Disliked: The drainage clogged at the kitchen sink. During the day there were mentance works done in the building and they were terribly noisy and lasted by 3-4 pm. It was impossible to get anything done in the room because of the noise.The coffee at breakfast was not goog and the breakfast was the same every day. some veggies would be a very good addition.

Hotel was OK in terms...

Liked: Breakfast was good and rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: On arriving, took over 45 minutes to resolve booking issue because only 1 room had been reserved. 2nd room (which was confirmed in 2 separate booking.com e-mails) ended up being manually reserved by staff but, just as my daughter arrived at the room she was told it was a mistake and they had to move. Subsequent room was directly across from elevators.Both the original room and subsequent one were on a completely different floor to the room that had been reserved via the booking.com request.In addition, hotel could not accomodate us in their own parking so ended up having to drive to a public parking near by.

Disliked: The fire alarm turned on few times on the evening.We did not know what happens and the staff could not fixed it. It last until 2am on the morning. The elevator did not work the days after that event.The receptionist or staff member did not apologize for what happens the night before. Bad communication from them.
