This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever visited. The staff is top class professional at every level. My husband and I were so impressed. The decor was stunning. We will return!

Liked: The staff were top class, especially the bellman(?) Michael who helped to find a lost cell phone. He took care of me like I was family!
Disliked: No hot tub or pool (lol).

Liked: Complimentary tea, coffee and water in the lobby. Location was great, right beside the blue line that connects to the airport and walking distance to most attractions downtown. Room size was good, bathroom looks like it was freshly renovated.
Disliked: We were on the second floor and the room was a bit noisy from traffic.

Liked: The location is honestly so great, we ended up walking everywhere close by (max 30 min distance) and took the trains for anywhere else, which was not a problem for our group since the hotel is really close to a lot of stations. The cafe they have was really good, and above all their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Would recommend!
