Terrible and disappointing

Disliked: The rooms are not maintained. We have communicated with the hotel prior to arrival that the room can accommodate 2 adults + 2 kids. The sofa bed that was offered was in a bad condition. The mattress was filthy, it completely sunk into the floor and could even hold a child’s weight. The bathroom door was unhinged and was not able to close. We have requested the front desk to prepare the sofa bed and it was never made. We had to call continuously for staff to bring the appropriate beddings, soap coffee and the staff could never get it right.

Liked: Lovely hotel in a great position. Staff were lovely. We enjoyed the Happy hour between 5-7 which was included in our stay.Room was larger than you expect in New York & had good amenities.We were delighted to find we had been upgraded which was a lovely surprise.we had a great stay and would return

Decent visit but was expecting...

Liked: The room was nice, adequate room, clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: The elevator is very noisy. They were working on the fire alarms, and the jackhammers were going outside until about 4 in the morning.

Liked: Very close to the attractions places

Liked: not much. The majority of the staff we interacted with was easy to communicate with.
Disliked: This hotel is nowhere near a 4.5 star hotel. It was dirty and did not meet 4.5 star standards. It was closer to a 2.5 star hotel.

Great stay not too far...

Liked: Great staff room was big. Family of four for 5 days we needed our space.
