The room was absolutely awesome! So roomy. Full kitchen and great service. Staff was awesome. It was right next door to many eateries and having the Reading Market across the street was great. Perfect location to walk to everything you would want. Definitely plan on going back.

Liked: The room was pretty big, so we had a place for all our bags and suitcases. The location of the hotel is really good - we could reach all the places we wanted to see by foot, we did not use any types of public transport or car.
Disliked: There is no parking for car, we had to use the local parking spots near the hotel, where we had to pay about 60 dollars for one night.

Disliked: The use of separate remotes to switch from Cable to HDMI but is more of a personal thing and probably more of a safety protocol to protect their equipment.Could use a bit more variety on the breakfast but I still enjoyed what they offered. Surprised how quickly the whole milk bottles were taken and weren’t restocked the next few days though there was the fat free bottles so I took some for my drinks.

Liked: Vanessa at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me in finding the location as it was difficult for me to find at first, she was very pleasant , understanding and friendly.
Disliked: Ended up having to pay $100 to park as the 1st time I selected hourly parking because I didn’t intend to have to leave back out once I parked the 1st evening instructions was not clear about parking

Nice hotel, good location.

Liked: Great location, nice room. Room included fridge, freezer, kettle, iron, toaster, microwave and dishwasher as well as cups bowls plates and cuttlery.
Disliked: A few marks and scuffs on the walls in the room. Air con unit was hard to control.
