Cons: Everything! No rest jaccuzzi out of order, dirty etc, staff complacent. I am almost always happy with priceline rooms..(note how much I stay this was miserable!

I hope that using Priceline again in this area, we will be able to get this hotel again. When we arrived Saturday, the weather was a little cool and windy, so we did not use the pool. On Sunday we used the pool for several hours and were the only ones there! The hotel offered many amenities, a sauna, and a fitness room, including free weights! When have you ever stayed in a hotel with a fitness room that had free weights in addition to a couple of ellipticals and one treadmill? The elevator required key card access for the room floors 4 and above, so while most probably don't think about this, I thought it was a nice feature that made us feel much safer, especially for our kids. In addition to the amenities listed above, we also had free parking with plenty of nearby spots, and free wifi for all of our devices. The room included a nice 32" TV with plenty of commercial free pay channels like HBO HD.

Pros: I loved the location. The location seemed very safe and very very quiet. There was ample parking, and we were not charged to park or for the use of the wifi. For the few issues we called on, including the use of a microwave, the staff was very helpful.

Cons: While I understand these things happen, we were a bit disappointed that the spa was out of order, but what can you do.

Clean room, comfortable bed, efficient staff. :)

Pros: The bed and sheets were so comfortable! We also enjoyed the toiletries (Bath & Body Works).

Cons: One of the elevator doors was stuck open during our stay. It was a bit concerning, although there were other elevators available for us to use, so it was not a problem.
