Liked: Rachel was wonderful as she managed to get us connecting rooms after all. My daughter and I were able to spend hours chatting and then had a good night. See statement belowRachel was awesome .Without her help I would have hesitated to book with your hotel again.

Liked: They tried to exploit me and my family during a tragedy I am seeking civil litigation and I went on line and described my experience. I have retain a civil rights Attorney. Under the American with Disabilities Act I have a right to be protected from harm.

Wonderful place to stay

Liked: Convenient location. I went down for my cousin's funeral. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to try to accommodate my request of close rooms even though they had a book conference and were very busy. My parents were able to eat breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. It was very close to everything, food, stores, gas, and the places I needed to be. The beds are soft and they have a keurig in every room. The staff were so nice that they were even so kind and patient to the woman who literally nitpicked every last thing upon check-in and checkout. This is where I'll stay every time I'm in the area.
