Very good

Liked: I love biscuits and gravy being an option even though I was too nervous to eat them because I didn't want to eat a heavy meal before my daily activities. Want to go back and eat them. LOL
Disliked: I complained that my TV would not stay on for more than 5 minutes. They offered to switch my room which I did not want to do. My TV was never fixed. Room #323.

Great staff. Hot coffee. Clean...

Liked: Always stay at this Holiday In. When I’m in Boise ID. The staff is so nice and always accommodating. Rooms are always clean and fresh. Beds are super comfy and it’s quiet. Shower is hot and steamy

Disliked: There are several issues with the bathroom. The shower handle has to be cranked to tight to prevent leaking and the TOILETS SITS SO LOW a midget wold have difficulty getting off or sitting.

Liked: Staff was so accommodating. We arrived very early (around 10am) and were able to stay in the lobby for a few hours with our laptops. They were able to hold our luggage, and also were able to let us check in early (around 12:30pm). They posted their recommendations for what to eat and do in the area.It's within walking distance of a green belt entrance which is very nice. We happened to be here during Treefort and walked to Julia Davis Park. This was the last leg of a road trip and I'm so glad we chose a hotel with full facilities as it was very comfortable. I also really enjoyed visiting Boise! Overall, we had a great time!
