It was very nice. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was way better than we expected. We give it 4 out of 5.

Liked: The location was good and central to where we wanted to shop during our weekend in Kansas City.
Disliked: A few repairs are needed. The stopper in the sink needs to be replaced.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: Pool broken, pull out bed broken and disgusting, homeless and trash everywhere around the location, not as it seems in pictures.

Liked: The checkin front desk clerk
Disliked: The hotel didnt have hot water and the breakfast was not fully cooked and rushed the room was dirty leading to multiple room changes. Very sketchy and deserted area.
