Exceptional - 5 out of 5

Kelly, Williamson, SC Sun, 2 February 2014

Room was smaller than in most HIE but adequate for the two of us for a short stay. Excellent service though.

Liked: Excellent service and very clean and pleasant.
Disliked: If you're a light sleeper, the street noise will bother you. Bring a fan or something to drown out the noise.

Cortney Tue, 14 June 2016

Liked: Love the location! Very close to everything and in a very good area.
Disliked: We were actually suck in an elevator before heading to the Cubs/Brave's game. When we were stuck, I called the hotel and there was urgency to get us out. Two of my friends were able to pry the two doors open, the inside and outside door to the hallway, to get out. I stopped at the desk and the gentle did not seem upset, nor asked if we were ok.

Disappointing - 2.3 out of 5

Paul Mon, 6 June 2016

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: The room we stayed in was really small for a queen room. Room 810 The bed is extremely hard as well I thought the rate was a little high for that small of a room. We couldn't even walk by each other to get to other side

Disliked: Small room and high cost comparing with other hotel

Poor - 1.6 out of 5

Vera Tue, 19 April 2016

Liked: The internet worked.
Disliked: The personnel was absolutely one of the worst personnel I have ever encountered. They are very rude and have no affinity with guest services. When I checked in, the receptionist burbed and was leaning over coming across over as bored. His english was hard too fall. If I had a question to the front desk they dont even look at you. No one says good morning or afternoon or when they do it is as if it costs too much of their time. I really recommend they take classes on how to treat guests. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. The only person who was customer friendly was the bell boy (african).

Liked: Hotel actually has a great location. Hotel is centrally located on a quieter downtown street. Very clean, seemed safe. Short walk to Phillips Arena, Georgia Dome, Georgia World Congress Center, Aquarium, World of Coke, CNN, just to name a few. MARTA station is very close up on Peach Tree to get you out to Turner Field and Airport. Street Car stops just outside on Corner. MARTA to Peach Tree station from Airport was really convenient. Wish we knew that on the way into Atlanta. Breakfast is simple and always enough. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again for sure.
Disliked: Elevators are small which may cause waits at busy times but it is a minor issue. Need give yourself time for breakfast since area to eat is small when hotel is full. Rooms were not ready when we checked in for a couple of members of our group. Hotel took care of this relatively quick. More of an inconvenience than anything after a day of travel. Almost didn't book because the maps on come made things look way farther apart then they actually were. Maps on com do not give a good representations as who how close everything is.

Fair - 2.5 out of 5

Sylvia Mon, 21 March 2016

Liked: I liked how I could walk from the venue to my room and the staff was friendly and the breakfast was o.k.
Disliked: I paid almost $300 for a room that was to closed in. I had a small TV in the bedroom. The bed they say was queen, Not that was a full bed with a queen size head board on the wall.
