Liked: Beautiful architecture.
Disliked: They played hard bass Saturday and Sunday in the pool area, ruining the ambiance. Also, had to request cleaning and the phone did not work so had to go down and ask.

Liked: Beautiful. Room was not cleaned, and phone did not work so each day we had to go to the front desk and request. The coffee service still was not replenished.
Disliked: The band on Friday was lovely. Then Saturday they pumped up the bass and eliminated any melody. It was horrific. When it started on Sunday, we left.

Oppportunity to be pampered if...

Liked: Pool was great with great staff and plenty of spaces to read and relax. Lobby was very welcoming
Disliked: Better choice for breakfast and ability to use the $15 resort credit

Liked: Good breakfast buffet, good acoustic comfort in rooms, huge pool deck.
Disliked: Horrible staff, with few exceptions. All very slow and unattentive, at times just annoyed. Incapable of producing an invoice or receipt as the payment was done through booking (absurd!). Was here during a major event and the hotel was full, they need to up their game. A server during breakfast didn't show up for 30 minutes just because my friend had sat before I could talk to the hostess (who was nowhere to be seen), in an empty breakfast area. She then proceeded to be rude and unpolite for the rest of the meal (banging our glasses on the table or taking away food plates while we were eating), to the point of forcing me to cancel her gratuity entirely. Unbelievable in a luxury hotel.
