Liked: Friendly staffs especially Ibeth & Gisselle there were amazing and supporting me all the way till they fulfilled my request and make sure that my reservation has been extended without changing the room and avoid all hustle might happen.I do appreciate that, Many thanks and keep it up!

Room, lobby, and restaurant areas...

Liked: Room was OK, and cleaned well.
Disliked: Paid for a premium room and got a glass window to the floor that could not be used. Also this premium room came with Avery loud ice maker right outside the door. Had to use ear plugs to get any sleep.
