I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kansas City :)
Liked: Josh our shuttle driver was awesome! Gave us a great recommendation for lunch before leaving town. We ended up needing to check out late and the staff was nice enough to not rush us!

The stay was seamless! Upon arrival the staff was polite, helpful and willing to do anything. Perfect place to rest our heads!

Disliked: Bed size; hot tub was broken; breakfast wasn't on room service; constructions going on.

Liked the breakfast- it was amazing!
Liked: Everyone was very pleasant. Nice place to stay!
Disliked: Fridge in room had a buzzing sound which I wasn't used to.

Liked: The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We were put in a handicapped room and there was no tub. When asked if we could trade rooms, we were told we should feel lucky we even got a room.

We travel a lot and found this to be one of the best hotels. The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. We are planning to come back to the K.C area and we will be staying again!
Liked: Staff was great! When we would see an employee they would always ask us if our stay was going good.
