Excellent. True 3 star hotel with all rooms having refrigerator and microwave. Room was large with chair and couch, and location central to Dallas. Breakfast could be purchased if desired.

The hotel is in an area with heavy construction. We checked in on a Friday evening and they wouldn't give use room keys until 11:10 at night. Rude staff, no apologies. Air conditioner wasn't working it was actually a heater. No cooling available. Staff said they were unable to do anything about it. Never offed to move us to another room... After 4 hours of trying to sleep, we left at 4 am to another hotel. I would never stay here! Don't even consider in your hotel choices. Many nice hotels in the area for same price or less.

This hotel was located close to downtown, which was very convenient for us. Very clean and modern. Wonderful amenities and staff!
