Overpriced. I’ll look elsewhere if...
Liked: The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel was extremely overpriced.
Disliked: I was very disappointed that the hotel charged me additional fees each day in addition to what I paid to book the room. We were told a WiFi password at check in, but that was it. At check out we were charged $25 per day for WiFi, bottled water, our room key, and a credit for food we were told nothing about. It was upsetting knowing how expensive the room was due to demand for the dates I visited.

Good
Liked: LOCATION
Disliked: check out - after standing in line for 20 minutes while one person was helping customers and another ( a man) answering the phone, when it was finally my turn the man said in a very unfriendly and impatient manner that I could've just left the key at the other counter (which was empty) - this info was never conveyed to me beforehand. They could've asked the 4-5 customers standing in line that in case they needed to check out they could just leave their keys on the counter. It turns out I needed the room key to leave the parking garage and had to stand in line to find out where to drop the key off afterwards.

A sub-par hotel preying on...
Liked: The bed was nice and the corner king room spacious.
Disliked: At over $300/night in a mid-range room at a Hilton, I'd expect something comparable to other 4-star hotels. Instead, the room was pretty basic. Very small bathroom with a normal tub/shower (that had very low water pressure and a pneumatic toilet flush that sprayed toilet water into the air), small window overlooking a parking garage and various noisy ventilators on a nearby roof, and, worst of all, dim floor lamps that had to be turned on individually. With all the lights on, I had to use my phone flash to see into my suitcase. Moreover, the bathroom had a single huge blinding light that required a pause when leaving to adjust to the dim room. Ironically, the decor featured large photographs of lightbulb filaments. Finally, although it may be normal for conference hotels these days, the bill was inflated with various obscure charges, including a $25/day "destination charge" that may or may not have been the $25/day food credit that you lose if you don't use it within a 24 hour period and which, I was assured after questioning why the food charges that I had scrupulously accrued to use the credit were not waived, would appear on my credit card as a refund at some time in the future.
