This was an amazing loft! They even upgraded us to a nicer loft with more amenities in celebration of the new year! The staff was incredibly helpful, but on top of that there was a shuttle service that would take all guests to anything within a one mile radius which was extremely helpful during such a cold winter. Would definitely recommend!

Liked: I didn't expect such a high quality and comfort of the room! For the same price and the same number of nights, in Manhattan we had a tiny place, but here in Henry Norman Hotel there was a spacious room, with super clean bathroom, perfectly working AC, 2 TVs, refrigerator, coffeemaker, tea kettle (!), a lot of coffee and tea for free. The sheets were so clean, you can feel it right away. The location is far from center, but quiet and pleasant.
Disliked: Just one little thing missing: there were no hangers for jackets somewhere near the door
