Great experience to see Niagra...

Liked: The representative that checked us in for our two night stay was very nice. She tried her best to accommodate me due to the room requests I booked not being available due to a mistake on booking.com or the hotel.
Disliked: I did not like how neither the hotel or booking.com wanted to take responsibility for the mistake that someone made for overbooking!! Everyone placed blame on each other. The facilities were wonderful, but I was very upset that my room was not available after flying in late that night when I specifically said I would be flying in after 11.
