Liked: Clean room, nice staff.
Disliked: The staff was friendly but we did reserve a room with 2 full beds and a roll out because there was 5 of us, 3 kids and 2 adults, but received a room with only 2 full beds because we didn't check in early enough and they gave our room to a walk in because they asked for it. Which I thought was very shady.

No changed room.

Liked: The price. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: It took 3 days for the staff to clean our room and change our towels. I chose this hotel because I was here when a family member delivered our granddaughter in 2017. The quality has gone considerably down. I just visited Fairfield Inn and Suites and they changed our room daily. It was so refreshing.

Would definitely recommend it

Liked: Clean, comfortable, breakfast was delicious. And it was less than 3 miles from my conference
Disliked: It was a little hard to figure out the entrance at night.. not enough lighting around it
