Liked: This is my favorite place to stay in NYC. It's my second home. My room was a very nice and comfortable place to unwind after making a day of it in the city. The staff is still wonderful as always. Thanks again for the mini fridge.
Disliked: Can't really think of anything I didn't like. The whole stay was great.

Liked: The customer service was great and was able to resolve the issues.
Disliked: During my stay, there was no refrigerator in the room. My room is on 22nd floor but had to go 2nd floor to use the microwave, ice machine and vending machine. The ice machine and vending machine was not working.

Liked: Staff were friendly Housekeeping daily was good
Disliked: Bed sheets fitted were repeatedly the wrong size (a good 12 inches short of the end of the top of the mattress) and we had to call for housekeeping on multiple occasions. We were left 2 bottles of water for 4 ppl, although they were very good abt bringing more. 2 tea bags on arrival in room, but again, after a phone call, housekeeping brought more. Over 18 policy on roof top wasn't great as we had planned to have a celebration up there with our teens.Lighting was awful. Zero ceiling lights in a hotel amongst tower blocks makes it difficult to see into your suitcase!No info given on arrival about local sights or eateries (other than hotel facilities)
