A very pleasant stay, 1...

Liked: The Fountain Motel was literally 1 block from the ocean. It was very neat and very clean...especially as it is a " retro" motel....probably built in the 60's? (They still use a key, LOL.) The pool was heated; the manager was great...gave me all sorts of information. The Wifi worked well, and the manager had spent a lot of time decorating for Halloween. There was maid service every day, even though I didn't need it. I was happy that the room had a small fridge ( with a tiny freezer to keep my ice packs frozen) and a microwave, to reheat leftovers. There is 1 parking spot per room. The motel is within walking distance to some breakfast places. I would definitely come back to this motel. JG.

Liked: Very good location. All the staff was very nice.
Disliked: There was not a double lock on the door. Having to drop the room key in the box outside the door.
