Everything was great from the time I checked in until I checked out. All of my needs were met. The room was clean to my satisfaction and the amenities were great. I would definitely utilize this hotel again when I am in Columbus.

Stayed here for a visit to OSU for 2 nights. Overall, just an average property - guess I expected a little more. Basic room - was clean and everything in working order in the room. Disappointed there was not a fridge in the room - that would be a nice addition. Pool is very small, one of the smallest I have seen in a hotel of this type. Hot tub not working during my stay. Breakfast offerings are adequate, but I felt it was not as good as what I might find elsewhere. Might not stay here again if I find something else in the same price range.

Awful, rude, waste of money.

Liked: Nothing really. The room was a normal hotel room. The property was nice. The incompetence of the workers & the overall rudeness of night shift is what ruined the stay.
Disliked: The fact that their complementary shuttle service does not care about getting their hotel guests back to the hotel. I asked the front desk several times when the shuttle would leave for a concert. They stated the last one was at 9 pm. The shuttle left before 9. I had to buy an Uber. Tried to use the shuttle to come back and I could not find the “big red sculpture” because that’s what the front desk employees said was the pick up point. no one that worked at the concert venue knew what I was talking about. I had to walk a mile back to my hotel because no Uber could pick me up where I was at due to traffic. I asked to speak to the manager when I got back and the employee at the desk acted like I was 1. Crazy and 2. Took the time to remind this was a complementary service. And I said hmmm and what about me walking a mile seems complementary to you? Complimentary implies I am owed a ride on that shuttle considering I paid the $290 like you asked and I got absolutely nothing but below the bare minimum. I would never stay here again.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast but I did like that there were healthier options too. Very clean
Disliked: Renovations were going on while we were there but they weren't super disruptive to us. We stayed in a King suite and could've used a little more lighting in the "living" space.
