Disliked: No cleaning of room daily is disappointing, customer have to throw their trash and pick up their towels. And paying to have it clean is disgusting. Why do you have the customer pay for cleaning when It is the management responsibility to keep their property clean.Not recommendable....

Liked: Nothing. Seriously.
Disliked: The policy of not stocking the kitchennette is ridiculous. You have to ask for items, and then you only get limited, cheap, plastic-ware. The breakfast was unacceptable--wasn't even a continental breakfast: coffee [that ran out], granola bars, apples & oranges of questionable freshness, oatmeal packets without bowls [and nothing in the rooms in which to prepare them], and mini danishes & mini muffins in plastic that could have come from a vending machine. Just awful. Pathetic that a hotel advertises that as 'free breakfast included.' Went up the room to make the oatmeal. Needed bowls. Went down to front desk for them--styrofoam bowls. Returned to room. No utensils either. Gave up. And this was only one of the frustrations with amenities. This 'hotel' was one of the biggest disappointments I've ever had. And I booked it for another couple with which we shared--completely embarrassed--had to apologize in shame.

Disliked: The entire hotel smells like an ash tray! The smell is suffocating, nauseating and makes you totally sick! The rooms is gross, hair on the pillows and in the bathtub. This hotel should not be in operation. Worst experience ever.
