Guest Weekend Trip

Liked: Location is convenient. Staff was helpful despite some confusion about the reservation being for a friend who was the primary guest noted in the file. The hotel system does not receive the complete reservation information provided through Booking.com so that accounted for some confusion which was resolved.This was a very short stay for a friend. Obviously some guests stay much longer for business or other reasons.Good amount of parking is available and it's good having a shopping center next to the hotel.

Disliked: Entrance for room I had was broken making us walk the long way around through the lobby.

Disliked: The woman at the counter would not let me swipe my visa or Mastercard saying they weren't accepted. She was a racist itch I know that.

Disliked: The staff Letitia was rude unwelcoming . The facility is disgusting. Most definitely needs a remodel. There was a horrible smell of fish in the room. I literally showered with my crocs on and slept with towels on the bed . I never got under the cover. My son was equally uncomfortable. The chairs had nasty stains on them we never touched them. The staff , management and owners should be ashamed of themselves.
