Disliked: So this was my BIG issue. I have no idea what happened with my bed before my stay but it’s like that mattress had been run up and down by a truck. Honestly it was extremely uncomfortable

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and after 6 pm they gave a cocktail and snack.They let us leave the luggage.Good location if you want to be near Times Square.
Disliked: The view of the room.The waiting for the elevators was chaotic. Lucky for us, that wasn't a problem because we were on the sixth floor.For us, the breakfast wasn't good.

Nice hotel, good location but...

Liked: It’s a nice looking hotel, our room was clean and spacious enough. Having a kitchenette was very useful. Location was not too bad, you are very close to Times Square so it’s always busy with many people around. Well connected to get to all areas, it’s a short walk to a few subway/train stations too.
Disliked: Not enough elevators, breakfast was so sickening after a week - not enough variation in food for the size of the hotel, the breakfast canteen is small compared to how many people were there. Also, upon arrival we were asked to pay an extra $250 deposit but this was not mentioned at all online when I booked. Last thing to mention is that there was no security for the entrance until the last day, then we had to use our room key to come into the hotel, but for 6 days of the week anybody could come in.

Exceptional

Good place to stay for...

Liked: The location was convenient to the subway and our room had views of the Empire State Building. The breakfast was free and had a wide variety of options that changed every morning.
Disliked: There is no early check-in, not even if you arrive just 30 minutes before check-in starts. The elevator is also slow and you might have to wait more than 5 minutes for an elevator. Also, the sheets seemed clean but if you pull those up, the mattress protector was covered in hair and that was really gross.

Liked: The staff was very nice and friendly. Love the complementary offers with your stay!
Disliked: My room was not as clean as it should have been and could have been. My bed sheets were NOTICEABLY dirty stains and dirt marks were all over all sheets and pillows the towels were dirty too. I asked for new sheets and that also took 25mins, I had to call back! I think the bathroom, bed sheet and the dishware could have been much more clean. hotels in general are dirty enough the least you can do is make sure the sheets the guest sleep in are CLEAN. other than that, there isn't anything to complain about.
